Is Xrumer and Scrapebox enough for SEO?

Hi,

is Xrumer and Scrapbox enough to rank high in the serps (right usage of course). Or is it necessary to use other tools / methods?

I'm finding scrapebox enough for things like Ezine article promotion. Xrumer is great in conjunction with scrapebox and I use them almost exclusively for a lot of my web 2.0 site promotion.

If you want a "Complete Package," for ranking high in almost any competition, my opinion changes. After having spent as much money as I have there are four tools that I think are the only things any serious SEO guys should have. I haven't tried them all, but these four will let you hit every possible link I can think of - and give you the keyword research to get you going.

Xrumer, Scrapebox, SEnuke, and Market Sam. With those four you will have a COMPLETE Package for SEO.
 
They are powerful tools in the right hands for sure. But they will not get you top rankings without knowing what you are doing ;)
 
Is it Xrumer or Sprapebox that reaps the best results? I am going to use both eventually, but am curious to the more successful method.
