Is Xevil v6 worth it?

I have Xevil 5.0 and this 'beta' v6 feels like a marketing ploy. It's been in the beta stage for well over a year and I doubt it will ever become an official Xevil 6.

And why would you charge extra for a beta? If anything it should be cheaper as the beta is to encourage people to try it and report back with errors/feedback.

I have a VPS with 24GB of RAM and several speedy cores, and it appears to be more about the proxies than the processor/RAM.

What are people's thoughts?

v6 does recaptcha without errors and supports hcaptcha.

Thanks for your reply.

How common is hcaptcha?
And the errors I see are bFrame errors, which is down to the website?

I assume you've used both, so what is it like regarding resources? Does it use the same resources per thread?

On link lists from marketplace - that are identified - not verified in reality - hcaptcha is about in 1% of targets.

I do not remember that error was exactly, it was something about proxy errors which has gone after upgrading to v6.

As GSA is set to use max 50 threads, I used Xevil on 25 threads. Do not noticed load difference.
I was using it on home PC and load was the same as browsing web.

So it sounds to me like v5 can work just as well as v6.

I am on xevil 5 and watered money on capmonster. Going to upgrade . I have a dedicated captcha server system for my SEO tools. Time to upgrade..but true it's unfair to put a price on beta version as they already taking 10dollars monthly.. and even v6 hcaptcha not working

@Turbo B. I am getting acceptable hcapthcas I use capmonster cloud for that and with PR 1+ filter it's much worth.

Don't buy identified grab a few verified lists and combine it. I got 2 services on my hand right away and few hundreds backs all the way along

grreIt's what I suggested. A way for them to make more money.

Release a better version but charge for it.
Agreed. Just upgraded for the beta. But it still worth than other cloud services. Now most sites ask for recaptha and most cloud services take few seconds to solve which cause slow lpm on GSA ser. Using capmonster standard is a disaster and xevil is the only solution so we have nothing except that.

I’ve used both, and honestly, Xevil 6 doesn’t feel like a massive upgrade over 5.0 unless you’re targeting captchas that specifically require the new features. You’re right, charging extra for a beta is questionable. Proxy quality plays a huge role, so if your setup is already solid with 5.0, upgrading might not be worth it unless you’re running into specific limitations.
