Hi BHW

I want to know if it is worth to sell a website about game hack

That website was made 400 $ last month with adworkmedia .

The domain is EMD , with 18 k search per month (exact) .

I will not share my website , i read on this forum that you can sell the website with the ammount that make per month x 12 month

It is true ?

Thanks

You can sell it but you have to prove the traffic, income, and ensure that the buyer can maintain that income.

First wrong section.second if I were you I would not sell it but keep it as a source of extra income

This is your best bet, especially since you can upscale it with little to no effort regarding you've built it from the ground up.

I can prove the traffic is 97% is from google , and how can i ensure that the buyer can maintain that income?

In customer point of view, I wouldn't buy such a site for such a huge amount, cos you don't know if your rivals do something bad to that to get their site above you.

Yes you are right but if i will sell my website i will sell it for 4k $ so isn't such a huge ammount .

A website which is probaly a bit spammy with a hundred percent blackhat backlink profile RARELY goes for 12 x monthly profit. That said if you have a website which have been running with the same numbers of visitors for 12 months and averaging 400 dollars a month, maybe.

You should try flippa.

The rule x12 is usually for whitehat sites that proved to earn that amount for at least a few months already... and most of times even those dont get it- thats usually the best bet from the owner- then negotiation starts...
For a CPA-Site I would never pay x12
