Is worth promoting GPT(Get Paid To) Platforms?

Hello everyone, I've been looking for people who work with affiliate programs on these GPT platforms, these are sites where you earn money by answering surveys, downloading games, testing applications, etc. Normally they pay 10-30% of your referral's earnings, I'd like your opinion, of you about this affiliate program, some example platforms, Freecash, Swagbucks, paidviewpoints, inbox dollars,etc. my results have not been good, from 144 references I got on the Surveytime website, a great paid survey website for customer experience, and translated into several languages it only generated $2 for me, since the person only needs to do a single survey for you to earn $1. Once per user, of these 144 people, only two did one survey or more,
superpayme gave me 950 referrals of these 950 I made a profit of $200 dollars in one year 90% of this profit was from just 12 people, the rest gave me some small amounts like $0.10 $1 and the majority give me 0, that gives a margin of $0.210 per person referred, compared to sales these programs don't stand a chance, I made this comparison model
if you promote a product to 10,000 users, think about an instagram page, or youtube channel, and earn $5 per sell digital product
if you convert only 1% of these 10,000 you gained 100 sales = $500
if you convert 1% of theses 10,000 to referrals in GPT platforms you gained 100 refs = $0-10?? yeah the result is hard, I would like your opinion, if are worth theses affiliate programs.
OBS: my refs of surveytime and superpay no do nothing since the last 12 months, they stop to do tasks.
