Is Wordpress good to setup for selling course ?

Hi, can Wordpress be used for creating a course site that will have modules and videos like in Teachable or ClickFunnels? I think Wordpress will be cost effective compared to those but which plugins will be needed for these?

Looking for a similar structure like Teachable or ClickFunnels where we can create multiple modules and upload videos. Please suggest.

Yes, Wordpress is elastic enough to build basically any website on it. Look into membership plugins if you don't want to look into funnel specific plugins like funnel builder https://wordpress.org/plugins/funnel-builder/

When it comes to theme, pretty much any theme will do but, I personally recommend GeneratePress or Astra Pro.

One thing tho what advantage does teachable/ClickFunnels has over WP + Plugins? I can only think of AIO system.

One of the biggest benefits of WP is that YOU have control over EVERYTHING and, it´s not as costly. Of course, that might not be the case for you.

This is why many prefer to go with Shopify instead of WP+Woocommerce because setting up an e-commerce site is a lot easier on Shopify but, again, it doesn´t necessarily mean it´s a better option for YOU.

Yes. I've seen plenty of coursera,udemy and skillshare type themes on themeforest. if you're already familiar with WP then it would be an excellent choice.
