These days I notice many people go for Squarespace and Wix plans, I want to target people with small business and offer them cheap Wordpress sites with a $20 a month plan.

Any advice you guys have for me?

It's all about sales and connections. I have never sold a single item, so I know it's not for me. :D

With proper people, you will be able to code a WP site for 4 - 5 figures. But that won't happen without them.

I'm always like "wtf, how do you call someone and propose some random websites, it's crazy" and I feel like it's awkward.

It's kinda white hat and I'm more of a black hat guy, so if you like white hat, this isn't dead.

Such sites are in high demand, but if you want to make serious money, specialize in WP, and I don't mean the ability to install plug-ins and click through the panel. WP agencies can write any functionality basing everything on WP, although in the end it turns out that it has little to do with WP.

Since OP is asking about an idea of offering Wordpress sites for $20/month, this thread is best fit for Making Money section.

What can your customers expect for $20 per month compared to Wix?
