Is Weibo the best "underrated" source for high-DR backlinks?

I’ve been experimenting with pushing niche blog content through Weibo "Long Posts." The indexing speed on Baidu is insane compared to traditional SEO, and the DR/Authority on these profiles is massive. Is anyone else using Weibo purely as a backlink farm, or am I just getting lucky with the crawl rates?

That's a smart plan! I suggest that you keep using Weibo to get backlinks, but make sure that your content is relevant and high-quality. This will help you keep your authority and keep your profiles strong. Quick indexing is a nice feature, but regular, useful posts will have the biggest long-term effect.

Yes. Weibo’s Long Posts usually give enough space and basic formatting to create solid, engaging content, especially if you focus on clarity, structure, and useful information rather than heavy design.

As for crawl and indexing, posts with images or videos often seem to get picked up a bit faster and attract more engagement signals, which can indirectly help visibility. Text-only posts can still index well, but media tends to improve both discovery and interaction.

That’s a fair take, not gonna lie. High DR looks impressive on paper, but real SEO value depends on context, relevance, and whether the links actually pass authority. Weibo helps, but relevance and quality usually beat high DR alone.

Weibo gets crawled crazy fast yeah, especially by Baidu, but I wouldn’t rely on it as some secret backlink goldmine. Most of the value is indexing + tiered juice, not direct SEO power.
Good for parasite plays and fast discovery though if you rotate accounts properly.
