Is VPN required for creating web 2.0?

    As said in the title, is VPN required for creating web 2.0? I built 2 web 2.0 for my niche site with the same ip address but now I found a post saying that I needed to use VPN when I created the sites...

    No you don't need a VPN or proxy to create web 2.0s on different sites.

    Only reason you need to change your IP address is if you're creating multiple accounts on the same site, like 10 Tumblr accounts for example

    If you will need to create more than one in the same platform then definitely yes, otherwise I wouldn't bother at all

    I think there is no need of VPN for creating Web 2.0.
    It is required only for multiple accounts in same platform.
