Is voucherstore.net scam or real?

I want to get started with ppc, so I was looking for some bing ads coupons. I found this site which says it coupons work with old accounts too. Is this real deal or just a scam? Does anybody have experience with this site?

I have not had any direct experience with them. But why wouldn't you buy ad coupons from here? I am not sure if Shadowcats sells Bing ad coupons. I think others might have some recommendations for you.

I just wasn't aware of where to look for them and found this site while searching on google. If anyone here provides me with the coupon, I'll definitely buy it from here. Less chances of getting scammed.
Open to recommendations.

100% scam this guy extorted $ 15 from me with perfect money

He said he canceled the transaction and gave me a refund in paypal, I don't have a paypal account, and the payment as you can see is made with perfect money.

I don't understand why you say we scammed you?
You ordered the Perfect Money Payment Module For OpenCart 3.0 - Order (#18356) on June 19.2022

Initially, we saw that you paid via Paypal (it was an error on our Admin panel) that's why we said we refund the payment via Paypal.
After checking the order we saw you paid through PerfectMoney. I confirm that we received the payment for order (#18356)
We asked you if you want the money back or if you want the module. You said that you want the Perfect Money Payment Module For OpenCart 3.0.
We sent you the module through WeTransfer and you received/download the files on June 21, 7.42 PM. That means your order is completed, you get the product for which you paid.
I have attached the screenshots here so anyone sees that we don't scam people.
