is visits from (Google Cloud) IP's a good sign?

Hello, I have this ~dead website which had organic traffic ~2 daily,
I got boost couple hours ago visits from IP's registered under (Google Cloud)

TBH, this happened to me before and the result my website got good boost in the SERP.
