Is Video Submission Software Worth It?

I have a pretty well known youtube bodybuilding
channel and am doing 2 videos a day. I currently
only upload to YouTube. Is there any real value
in uploading my videos across multiple sites?
What about submission tools like video marketing
robot?

Try to upload more videos on youtube, Youtube videos have quite power in ranking the website. Although link is not do-follow but it has certain power, You can upload to other video sites too such as blip.tv, Metacafe and many other websites.

He hasn't said anything about ranking a website, he said he owns a bodybuilding channel and wants to expand...

I would just stick to YT too. Tools for video submission are mainly for building extra links and ranking websites or other videos.

You can rank the videos for keywords in the serps to bring in more traffic though. You could create a short intro to your channel with links to your videos and submit those to other websites.
