Is using GSA Search Engine Ranker still effective for SEO in 2025, or does it pose more risks than benefits?

I dont use it. But ask yourself if a popular product is selling for XXX or whatever and promising your site (hopefully its not your crappy first attempt with 10 articles made with ai or something!! ) will suddenly rank WAY ABOVE everyone else using a quick 5 minute automated solution.

Long ago I used to wonder if these things work. Now I'm pretty sure no, they are useless. Its preying on victims of low effort work, who want to build a 20 page website on a crappy topic and earn from it next week.

Maybe you are at that stage, maybe not. But you should use this line of thinking with all your purchases, its helpful. Things that promise the earth with a tiny effort are fake.

Would you believe someone who told you they could build a house of bricks and wood in a day, and furnish it?. Maybe it could be done, but you would need a budget and team like nothing before. Its obvious to think though that if you went into a shop called

"GSM - Great serial mortgages" and was asked to put down a deposit of $5k on a house that promised to be ready tomorrow from scratch. You'd ask what planet this person is on. lol

Still works if you filter hard and run it through solid tiered link pyramids.

if its the only thing you use to try and promote your site, then it wont be effective. you need to learn what the software actually does for you, what those things can do for you, and ultimately work out a strategy that moves things in your favour. so many people still think they have to click a few buttons and SER will rank them, or fail to do so. no, it takes effort to learn what it can do and where to use it, and that knowledge only really comes from giving it a go and burning a few sites/parasites
