Many SEO experts said UGC keywords rank very easily than regular keywords. What's your opinion? Do you have tested any UGC keywords on your website? If yes what's the results?

UGC has the appearance of ranking quickly because it is more organic.
It takes a lot more effort to focus on a regular keyword because the competition is already there.
The downside with the UGC is that there's really no way you can control it by definition, it is organic.
You can try to come up with your own best guesses as to UGC, but the ones that rank best are usually organic, fast changing.
That's why places like Reddit tend to do better because new trends bubble up and percolate from such places.
You're basically just playing catch up if you run a commercial site.
