...there are different levels of paid pro accounts for Vagex.

Vagex is really good to boost Subscribers quickly. Having a YT account with hundreds of subscribers make videos easier to rank. It's actually well worth the $ for quick boost to a new account.

Vagex is good for getting views for free. I wouldn't recommend getting a paid subscription since a lot of your views don't actually end up counting. I definitely like U2Bviews better but the downside to them is that you have to use at least 250 credits and that u can't only get likes, favs, or comments. You have to use views too. So if you want views and likes you have to use 500 credits. Other than that small things U2B is the best.

I try now u2bviews, because vagex is closed for new members. U2b is nice for comments at this time.
