Just tried to register to Twitter across my VPS servers, but in none of them the sign up button works (nor in my personal computer)
What is happening?

I don't see any issue on my end.

It can be an ip block or maybe the browser, if you're using the same version on all.
Try disabling the browser addons, which may interfere with site functionality and/or try m.twitter.com.

Last month I registered about 10 accounts succesfully.
This week I can't, after submitting the registration data always go back to the blank registration page.
