I'm not sure which is your intent. Twitter doesn't ban too frequently, it's pretty simple to fool if you are strict about some limits. You can use like 1 proxy per 4 o 5 accounts without being banned. It's by far, the more permissive with black hat practices
But in the other part as some have suggested it's pretty awful in ROI. Compared to other sites, people doesn't care anymore about DM... The problem of twitter is that highly burned by automations. Therefore if people is talking about "overall difficulty to profit", then yes, Twitter is the worst by far.
But if you are just intending to increase your tweet audience (for example to increase the visits to a particularly good blog about certain topic), then Twitter is BY FAR the easiest and the most worthy in terms of automation

US proxies, different isp, most of them need phone verified after follow 200+ people.

twitter can be used but you need to be aware of twitter limits and make sure to make your accounts feel as real as possible

It is easier to handle compared with FB and IG, but you will make less money there.

use phone verified accounts. Using non-phone verified is just asking for problems later as they will ask you to phone verify at some point (the same in the browser if you do it manually)

How to handle phone reverification especially automating hundreds of accounts?

That is a problem with twitter, they do not let you update to a different phone once you have that challenge.
However, phone reverification / captcha is a strong indication they are on to you and the account is at risk.
Unless you actually have access to the phone number the phone is tied to, then the account at that point is effectively lost. But using non PVA means you will be asked to do it eventually anyway and if you cannot, again it is lost.

No. The twitter automation is quite easy.
You only need to find the right software to do so.
If you look around with little effort you can find lots of twitter automation tools unlike FB and IG.
