Is twitch is only for streams or it can help you to gain clients and how because all i see is gaming channels and all in twitch pls help me!

Can you get clients, depends what YOU define as clients. If by clients you mean gamers... yes they are all over twitch. But ive never known a humam to go on twitch looking for clients... comeon do you research!!!!!!!

Sorry, this is a bit of a weird question. People watch the people they like, and then decide to go somewhere or not. Twitch is a good place for content.

I could just misunderstand you, so no offense! ;)
 
Yes it can help you in gaining clients, but only if they are gamers. Also, you need to define what you mean by clients.

Twitch is only for streaming and gaming, they have some subcategories but nothing that will help you to get clients, so you can discard twitch from the list.
 
most of the categories are related to games, but there are others that are also famous and are not related to games, such as "just chat", "asmr", "hot tubs", etc...

If you are looking for customers who are content creators (video,streams) twitch is the right place.
 
If you are a plumber you can make live stream showing how you doing your job
if people will like what you doing they become clients
