Is Tweetadder risky?

I'm considering using it but I don't know if there has been any blocks against it from Twitter or anything like that. I know it would be easy for them to identify people using it because their software is using their API and clearly identified as tweeteradder. Any thoughts?

I just think there's better options than tweetadder.

Not risky at all, in fact they have to readjust their software because they got a warning from Twitter (something similar to TweetAttacks) they updated and his software passed to be a crap.
Custom developing is the best option these days, if you want to be beta tester of a project I have for twitter just drop me a PM with your email, I will create you a license.
