Is Tweet Adder any good?

I have a few questions for those of you that tried it! I know the tweetadder home page answers these questions but I've been burned by misleading advertisements before. I need it to:

Follow by targeted keywords (only english)
Unfollow those who havent followed back (sorted by date)
Automattically send a Direct Message to new followers

If you reccomend a different bot over tweetadder for these functions please let me know! Thanks.
