yes tumblr is down, would explain why my accounts are not running on massplanner.

I was unable to put the newslink about tumblr being hacked but if you google it its everywhere on the net, wikileaks hackers I think are taking responsibility for the hack.

Tumblr staff are on it and attempting to fix the issues, they suggest to be patient.
