is TribePro a good tool?

I was checking out some gigs on Fiverr for social signals, and I'm seeing a lot of people referring to "TribePro". Just wondering, do you guys think this is a very effective tool for social signals?

I'm considering trying out a couple gigs and then if I have some success I might even sign up for the service. But just wondering what you guys think of it first, and if there are a lot of risks involved with using it.
