Is Traffic Trackable?

hello, blackhatters, I would like to ask something, as the title suggests, is the traffic trackable? what I mean to say is that I have a landing page with offers but they don't accept incent and chat traffic, but what if I make a telegram group? I would post a link there to my fake landing page and then they will have to click a button and get redirected to my real page. Can the affiliates see where did the traffic originally came from? I do advertise myself on facebook and instagram so it wouldn't be suspicious that I would have an increase in my traffic stats.

Through most conventional tracking software it is not possible.... however if they invested in unconventional tracking software then yes (although this is against the privacy laws of Europe and most of the countries in the world).
