Traffic holder charges a fee to use paypal, before I invest my money I want to check to see if anyone gets quality traffic from them. I'm trying to send traffic to a CPA offer.
Is Traffic Holder Provide Good Traffic For CPA?

Dude if they would have provided quality traffic then they would have used those traffic to maximize their revenue. Its not targeted enough to fetch you revenue. So search for alternative.

Ok thanks for your input. I have been trying to find quality traffic. Any suggestions? I can't afford adwords right now.

If you are on CPATank you can drive traffic from trafficholder to some offers like justhookup etc. some folk cashed hard in the past with trafficholder running those offers
