Started out a new niche website, sent my PBN links + some social signals but the increase in rankings wasn't as high as I thought it would be.

Just wondering if it's because the new niche website does not have much traffic? Should I buy some geo-targeted traffic and send to it?

No, never buy traffic unless you want to throw your site away. Instead keep adding PBN links (some niches require 30-40 PBN links to see the good improvement in ranking. Additionally, pay attention to the quality of your PBN, it MUSH have powerful backlink profiles to be able to rank other websites.

organic traffic is important lol
ctr gets you better rankings so optimize those titles and meta descriptions

buy shares on social media instead ,

and yes traffic is such a key factor when it come to SEO , at least from own experience

Of course it is, traffic is essential. If you cannot generate traffic to your site, you will not get ranked. A website without traffic is pointless.

The amount of visitors coming from the paid traffic will dry up if there is no consistency in promotion to draw the traffic to the website.

If you rank your website using the natural and organic techniques, it will be hard for your competitors to outdo your performance on the search engines.

Because of the quality of your website, in terms of content, you will enjoy regular visitors all the time.

As long as you can meet the needs of your clients, the ranking of your website will continue to improve. It will remain evergreen and relevant to the search engines.

Obviously!!
People in my state say SEO=Traffic.
And if you think traffic for website is higher then its good signal for SEO.

It depends on niche, for example: if you run a tube site = traffic has an effect.
For informational sites it's not.

Trafic and ranking is a case of chicken and egg. You don't really get one without the other. But which came first?

get ppc traffic nothing wrong in it. make sure bounce rate and time spend on website is good number

I don't think traffic is used as a ranking signal, at least not directly. CTR can move your position, but will only work if your CTR stays consistent.

Yes of course it is very important. Getting traffic is the way that can rank a site. You can do it for free, go for organic traffic.
So he should get organic traffic to get ranked and therefore get his organic traffic? Well, that sounds like a solid plan.

You can get traffic as for your location through adwords, Facebook Ads..It is also needed conversions for your site.. You can reach your site to targeted audience through this way ..

I agree. You have to have quality and relevant PBN domains. Make sure to put quality original content on them as well. It is also beneficial to link out to other authoritative sites in the niche that are not targeting your keywords from your PBN in order to provide actual value. Treat your PBN's as money sites.

All you really have to do is ask yourself if you would rank a site on the first page of google that doesn't get traffic

TRaffic is if not N1 its on N2 or 3 , BUT NOT paid traffic . You can use traffic from socials , forums etc . The original traffic is way to better . Try pay some money on facebook / twitter to advertise yr site.

Organic traffic is definitely important, but shit fake traffic will just have your site looking unnatural. You'll want to build up your traffic in a natural fashion such as link building and social media activity.

Yes, when you are getting good traffic, it shows that your website is generally reachable. You can not have a website that is done poorly in terms of the content and SEO then expect it to pull huge traffics. So I will say that it means the target audience is being reached without a lesser hustle. It can also mean that the website is being advertised very many times. When an advertisement is successful, then you know that the results will be easily populated. Therefore just work the two assumptions and see how best they help you.
