is tradetang still a reliable source?

I am new here, i'd like to know how do you think about tradetang?

Many sellers seem selling replicas now,,

if I state in my site that i am selling replicas, then the buyers may have fewers complaints about whether or not the goods are genuine, rihgt? as long as the goods are good in quality.

From my personal experience almost EVERYTHING on Chinese wholesale sites are fakes.

My advice is stay away from DVD's (bootlegs), Windows CD's & iPod's

If you say your products are replicas people won't buy them because replicas are perceived as lower quality due to there being many levels of quality for the more popular products outhat there.

Besides which obviously selling replicas is illegal so you have to keep it on the down low as much as possible, even if it seems obvious to people like us they are reps, if you just blatently tell everyone it brings you unwanted attention as there is a missconception that you will be selling poor quality and trying to scam people with bad reps etc.

To be honest it's so damn difficult to source high quality reps to begin with there is a good chance the stuff you end up selling is the poor quality reps anyway, so I'd try really hard to sell good stuff if I were you.
