Is toptenreviews beatable?

Hey guys,

I am currently investigating in an interesting niche and I stumbled upon this site called toptenreviews and they are in a million of niches making always subdomains with the exactmatch keyword like w0bh0sting-reviews.toptenreviews.%&com and are always quite well positioned. They don't have that much backlinks to this particular site though, I think it was around 500-1000... but the overall domain is very strong...

I was wondering if anybody of you have some thought on that site or if you think that they are actually beatable with a reasonable amount of dedication, whatever that means

Never heard of them so they are definitely beatable. The ones you need to worry about is authority sites such as About, Wikipedia, etc.
