Is TikTok Slowing Down Video Reach After the First Boost?

I’ve noticed videos get a quick spike in views, then suddenly stop growing even with good engagement.Feels like TikTok’s testing content in small waves now.

Anyone else seeing this? Or found a way to keep the reach steady?

I think that tiktok firstly shows your content to your followers and people similar to your followers (first 100-1000 views) before showing it to the masses in waves. If in any wave your viewtime, amount of shares, likes, comments, saves reduces, then it stops blasting your video to others. This is based on my experience of going viral often.
