if you put follow me for more at the end of the video if it is an emphatic action that TikTok accepts, and it does not violate any platform specific terms or rules, it can be reviewed is valid. You should clearly understand Tiktok's policies
are u talking about click through manipulation? Oh ya u can very easily purchase clicks on many sites or go to one of the services sites online and ask for the click through manipulation task
last time i check u can even purchase like 1 million click or so at a very very very ridiculously low price, tiktok doesn't really care about integrity and whether the views are genuine

Of course it is allowed. I have that included in every video and it works well.

Nah tiktok is a china company and they don't even have anti-privacy law
