Is TikTok broken?

Hey guys!

So I never had a problem growing my TikTok accounts. But recently I have noticed one upsetting trend. So I have 2 accounts, 60k and 90k (both 1 month old). But for some random reason all of my videos are being pushed to tier 2-3 countries. Totally ignoring tier 1 countries such as USA, Canada, Australia and etc. I’m based in one of these countries therefore it would be logical to assume that all the videos would be pushed to local audience. Unfortunately, it’s not the case with me.
Is there any possible solution to this problem? Or I just have to suck it up?

Are you maybe using hashtags from other countries? For example, a French or German word. It can also come from the sounds.. Do you use a music/sound in your videos that is popular in other countries at the moment?

Not using any hashtags at all actually. As it comes to the sounds, never thought of it. Will definitely take a look!

There is a high probability that TikTok changed the display algorithm and now TikTok shows your video at the initial stage, not only in the country where you live, but also in other countries. It turns out that there is a distribution of views in different countries, including yours (which is logical), but at the initial stage of the video, views for your video may be from different countries. This is most likely why these countries are watching you.

The video might be targetted towards such audience so try changing content.
