Is TikTok bh advertising really an impossible territory?

I posted about TikTok related agencies and got contacted by several people,
and even though I am a marketplace seller,
there were many reasons such as not being sure / suddenly saying no / not being able to verify / the amount being too absurd.
Is this really forbidden?
But I do see a lot of BH ads on TikTok.
I need advice from experts. I would like to ask for recommendations for verified people or advice on methods.

How many clicks/conversion you have for these $70?
Is the ROI positive?

Not impossible, but you'll need to deal with cloaking tools and be prepared to face ad account bans regularly if your setup is not good enough
