    Hello everyone.
I have a non-english site in health/weight loss niche with good traffic but very hard to monetize (Adsense is more less 5 cents per click, and cpa is almost inexistent).
Last days I was trying to figure other ways to convert this traffic and though to make an eBook like many others in Clickbank and etc.
    My problem is:
Is this just moraly wrong or can I face some legal issues?
This is, if I make an ebook claiming to be an specialist in something, where I tells others to try this and that, but I know nothing, just what I saw in other books, could I be in trouble if people complain?

Would apreciate if someone could explain me this and share their thoughs about this type of monetization.

Perhaps if you know any other method to monetize this type of traffic and don't mind to explain I would be grateful.

don't worrie just make the E-book.. because you will have your disclamer in the book.

You become an expert because you are using expert advice...go and make some bank

oh and another thing you can do is what i do and that is move the visitors from your site onto a facebook fan page that way when you
create your ebook or find a cpa in the feuture you can blast it on the fanpage it like a free email list

Better be safe. Try to avoid calling yourself an expert or specialist wince you not actually a certified medical practitioner (Just avoid those words) and make sure to put in a disclaimer that the info provided is just for educational purposes and readers are advised to take professional advice if needed, etc.

Not really nufaman. Atleast in my language there aren't available any products in clickbank. And people search in my language because they don't understand english.
As for products in general, I have never tried to sell anything, but the conversion rate must be very much lower than in english.

Welll claiming your an expert or professional writer is a little different that claiming to be an expert in any kind of health care profession. In most countries health care is regulated and there's potential legal consequences that wouldn't be an issue in your example.

There's no reason not to proceed with an ebook in this niche, just best to be carefull how he presents himself. Definately shouldn't claim or imply any credentials that aren't true.
