bluehost pro hosting 25.99*12 = 311$ and dedicated ip for 5.99*12=72$
total 440$ year

Ignore any hosting company under/related to Endurance International Group (EIG). I've never had good experience with anyone related to EIG.

Sounds WAY too expensive. Go with namecheap or DO instances, if you are technically good.
