Most likely, the analytics has not been updated yet, but nevertheless, you can make the channel monetized by uploading a video there and winding up views there. True, the rules of YouTube are now changing every time.
Some people sell low quality monetized accounts. Happened to me once
They deliver low view count with abnormally high watch time for monetization and over time it starts decaying , hence Youtube disables the monetization.
