I'm looking forward to get a review posted on a blog, and on fiverr, there is somebody who is selling a gig where he/she is posting the review to his/her PR6 blog, however, I'm not sure that this blog really has high traffic etc. because there are none single comments there, anybody may help me?

It seems to me like it is a legit website and with the niche that it has, I believe that traffic is not a problem with it. However, if you have time, go and search for feedback for the website on Google. Or you can try looking for other similar websites.
 
You would better search for a similar service in BHW marketplace. At least they have been tested by a BHW mod.
 
There is noting wrong in that site, its PR6, DA is also good and site has some real backlinks as checked from moz
Maybe we need to read about private blog network or worth of expired domains to know its worth

That guy is selling posts for only $5 so whats wrong in getting links from it? You can test it in your referral domain or any other testing project.
