Is This VPS Plan Powerful Enough For Using A Twitter Bot With 30-50 Accounts ?

Choice number 1 - $18.99

2GB Ram
80 GB Disk Space
100 Mbps Port
2TB Monthly Bandwidth

Choice number 2 - $26.99
3 vCores
4GB RAM
100GB Disk Space
100 Mbps Port
Unmetered Bandwidth

My question is, is the first option powerful enough to run a twitter bot with 30-50 accounts. Or would I be better off with option 2 ?

Complete newb to hosting in general.

Additionally, i have never used a vps before, how is the learning curve as far as setting it up with a bot goes ?

Depends on the bot, but I think even the 1st choice would work. Just make sure you find a provider with 1gbps port, so that it is faster.

As mentionned above, it would directly depend on the bot you are using and how it is developped.
If, it is coded properly the first plan with 2 cores should do the trick.
If your bot is single threaded, you can even take a smaller plan.

1 GBPS is always a good addition to a VPS since it is always shared.

Look at the TOS of the service provider. Many of hosting providers don't allow to use their servers for bots.

In that case, consider AWS and Azure.

I hope that you go try with the first option itself. Because on the specs you mentioned above it will be enough for bot to run. But if you are not satisfied with the first option then you go for second.

You could run several hundred accounts on the first VPS with TSupremacy.

I'd suggest having Threads around 50 and it'll use a queue system.
