In this few months, i have found a lot of my country government and agency site snipped with unrelated content like this one
https:// e-kkn.unila.ac.id/obctop/
till now i don't get how can put that page in unila.ac.id which is education format site

can some one share me for the information?

Probably a hacked server or allows users access to subdomains.
Not permitted to discuss such methods on BHW

if there is insider job then it is only work out with few site but majority in first page is almost all the page with similar concept. I check the source the site is using shopify cdn together with amp

Maybe someone clicked on a link and from there they got access to everything, unfortunate for the person that did it because will have to go through a heavy course of security and compliance
