I have been thinking about creating website like
Wikihow or cnet. My main target is going for keyword that has no answers yet on google.

I plan to monetize it with display ads

Yes, it is going to be profitable. Do you have the technical skills to build the website?
 
I think it is a guaranteed profit but you need thousands of pages to see good earnings.

You will never know until you try and test it, go for it man, stop overthinking the process just dive in and good luck.

Yes I plan on publishing 500 to 1k articles in 12 months, if it goes well I will continue .

I believe that it is better to do ads with small websites that are also still growing therefore it will be affordable.

Yes, but how affordable it is depends on the individual's finance.
 
Well it would be profitable but you need to have a lot of patience until it ranks ,you can monetize with adsesnse and also insert affiluate links inside posts .For this you need to write as many keywords as you can and work hard
 
yes very profitable. But it requires a shit ton of content and takes more time than other businesses, especially if you monetized with ads.
 
Do not think untapped keywords are easy to rank. Already giant websites ranked through LSI keywords.
 
Scraping and answering PAA?
Be careful. These sites have no topical authority but get tonnes of visitors.
 
This niche is profitable. However, you have to target keywords from tier 1 countries and be prepared to post thousands of posts per month without compromising on quality. Competition is tough in this niche.
 
Well, if the keywords already appear on Google but there is no actual answer, you may be onto something.

But don't get too excited.

You have to also look at the monthly search volume of those keywords.

Also, pay close attention to how "evergreen" the keywords are.

In other words, if they're seasonal or if they're likely to change, for example, questions about a very old version of iPhone, they probably won't be as profitable as you think.

So, I think you're on the right track but you need to filter the questions that you're going to be building content around.

You want to get a decent return on effort.

Follow my advice above.
 
Site like wiki how will require lot of expense. For such level of content be real to spend $1000 or more per article.
