Well, its a kind of Forum link in my opinion not much effective you should try some other contextual links with more authority and Trust links
It would be effective for you.

These kinds of Social Bookmarking sites or submissions are mostly included in free Tier 2 link building strategies. But I can't believe if you are paying for these links as your post title says.
