Is this twitter acct worth anything?

I basically have no use for my twitter acct Ive been using for a while now, for personal/SEO writing.

The followers are around 95% all from the internet marketing niche... but I'm wondering if there is anywhere I can sell it, doesn't look like there are any website which will sell a twitter account.

Its got ~700 followers, but all real/targeted.

Yes I would agree with this estimate $5-$15. Many Internet Marketers are all just trying to sell to eachother, so nobody ends up buying anything.
