One of his cronies lives in Canada. In fact the buddy of his that lives there once told me that what Floate did was not so bad.
That was an easy Skype contact to delete.

Sorry to bump on this old thread, but I think I know who the guy is. I would *love* to put the name out there, but he's also another hacker who has his own cronies too who sells links from these hacked sites.
One of his cronies are actually selling here, but I think he rebranded.
