Is this traffic all bots?

Have a 3 month old website that started ranking on 3rd google page for main keyword a month ago. Today I open the Cpanel visitor statistics and notice that The month of April saw more than 2000 people visit the website. But this isnt possible because the main ranking kw has only 800 ms and the other kw are ranked low on google serp and have little searches.

I also saw 50 spam comments in my pending approval folder on WP, had akismet disabled. Is it because of this? Are spam bots targeting my website because i have akismet disabled, could they be the 2000 visitors?

Yeah, ghost traffic. Or spam / bots.
