Sorry, but you didnt mention any example in your post of the spamming method or link which you are speaking about.

If you are speaking about forum spamming then most probably xrummer.

If various web 2.0 platforms, then they can be created with GSA but customized bots or zenno is much better.

What if his post is the self-example of that spamming tool?
