You have been a member for little less than a year and you still don't know where to post a thread like this?

The attribution tag shows that the song is been claimed by "beggars", I don't know if it's a legit Multi Channel Network or a fake claimer, you'll need to dig deeper.

Thread moved to the BlackHat Lounge section.

And for your info, read the page below:

Copyright applies automatically to all creations an artist produces.
The simple rule of thumb is that unless you've made the content yourself, it's almost certainly someones intellectual property.

that is very true, some artists make their work public domain but even that can have limitations.

That isn't true its actually way more complicated than everything is automatically copyrighted it depends on what kind of IP it is, what it was made by(person or automated), how unique it was, what country it was made in and the treaties that the country signed.

Thing 1 made in Country A may be not be copyrighted in Country A and Country B, but if thing 1 was made in Country B it may be copyrighted in Country A and Country B.

Yes it's very complicated. I was being sued a few years ago for using a domain name with the word olympics in it, i thought it was 2,000 year old word so no copyright - boy was i wrong - everything to to with the word olympic games is under copyright.
Best left to lawyers i think, anyway this may be of interest https://www.teachingcopyright.org/handout/copyright-faq

Copyright doesn't occur when you upload it on the internet, it occurs when the property is created.

I'm sure there is some low grade country somwhere that doesn't have proper copyright laws, but in any developed country it is the same, you automatically own copyright of the work you create, instantly and globally.

Not all content becomes copyright even in the developed world, some have varying rules regarding promoting arts or sciences for the content to be copyrighted.
