Check the following limits 2000 total, 1000/day. Start unfollowing, then again, you can follow.

I cant follow a single user, and this have been happening in the last 3 days.

I have this for 2+ weeks... already did the password change, mobile verify... i think it's a glitch. and probably permanent until they fix this. but don't really feel like submitting a ticket

edit: and yes, the limit-message should be temporary, definitely not 3 days as in your case.
