Yes. 100% scam. The site gets no traffic.

Another giveaway is on his Paypal "screenshot" (which I assume is photoshopped), there is only one order for the $29.95 package which is the cheapest on the site. You would expect more people to be ordering the lowest package to test the traffic.

If it doesn't look right, it almost never is. I've seen much better scams on Flippa - this one is way too easy to figure out.

Never buy any site from flippa if you dont have experience you will end up losing big $$$
