I can't see how i attach a bank to that p/p account?

THE F.A.Q. is VERY sparse.

I'm the owner; so when you have a stealth account you can attach your own bank account as long as it hasn't been linked to any other PayPal accounts. Let me know if you have any other questions; we'll make sure to compile a bigger FAQ.
