It's the backlink building services listed in classifieds. I'm new to SEO, site is 3 years old with a small steady stream of traffic but needs lots of backlinks and was wondering if these work or will get my site penalized. Would it be better to start with a small package so google doesn't see a spike in backlinks and get suspicious and repeat or just go with a single big package and leave it be?
