Is this search term worth battling for?

Hi guys,

I have been messing around with SEO for a while now after work on my day job as a web developer and designer. I have picked up alot of tips from my boss on SEO and been implementing them on my site.

I was wondering if it has been worth my effort and whether you guys think it's a market I should continuing to tackle.

Here is the image of the Traffic Travis keyword analysis (with a space that needs removing).

I have only spent about $50 on seo trickery (from you guys on here) to get it there and making about 30$ a month.

It says my domain age is 0 but it's about 3 years old and was brand new when I registered it.

I would rather leave it unless the search volume is HUGE and the KW is in highly 'sell-able' niche...

Thanks for the reply, this keyword has 165,000 Exact Global searches. I understnad that the difficulty in ranking is exponential and it gets harder as you near the top but if I am currently sitting at 15th I feel I don't have far to push til I am in top 5! What do you think?

I wouldn't put all your time and money into it, but I also wouldn't just let it sit and do nothing. Just throw it some links here and there each week and forget about it until you check your sales one day and its sky rocketed cause your in top 3

yeah ..it you will probably have to dedicate some time if you want to rank high in that niche but its not impossible.

sounds like a uphill battle but with enough effort im sure you can make it

Cool I reckon I will keep at it then, I've pretty much perfected the automation of the entire thing now so it's not time consuming at all! I will let you know how I get on in a few months!
