Build 5 Quality Web 2.0s a month linking to my main site. Buy 5 of the cheap 5$ seo packages in the BST and use them on my 5 Web 2.0s. Buy a few high quality pbn links for my main money site. Do all of the above every month until I jump from page 2/3(current) to page 1.
Is my main money site safe just doing the above every month? Hoping that at worst my web 2.0s get deleted and my main site stays safe.

You probably won't get on the first page of google with so little backlinking, but it definitely won't hurt. Go ahead and try it

Haha. Cheers guys. I shouldve mentioned I've built hundreds of back links the past few months and my keywords are low comp. Already on page 2 for most of my keywords. Looking for safe quality over quantity at present. I've used mostly white hat methods sofar. Wondering if il be safe if i use this web 2.0 method as a boost

You don`t need to worry about your main site. But you need to work more with SEO on your site

Web 2.0 method as a boost is safe as long as you do not overuse your keyword for the anchor text. It is recommended to mix your keyword with a longtail keyword, brand name, URL, or some various things like “click here” or “link” so that the links appear authentic.

Though the plan is good but just Web 2.0's are not going to cut the cheese with google rankings. You can get somewhere with the rankings but not the first page. You need more than just Web 2.0s.
