I have $300 as an available balance on my PayPal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later) account and I need the money. I'm basically going to use Walmart-com and buy 3 visa gift cards. Then, I'll transfer the visa gift cards to my bank account. Essentially, it's a cash advance. Is this safe?
